Hendricks Chapel is seeking to hire a Temporary Event Coordinator to service the needs of student organizations, campus departments, and community organizations to hold events at Hendricks Chapel. They will manage event requests, space reservations, customer relations, and student staff scheduling. The temp Event Coordinator will coordinate technical needs for events, serve as primary liaison to technical vendors in support of successful event production. They will work with campus departments and outside vendors to fulfill event needs such as catering, accessibility services, parking, and more.
They will provide event estimates for reservation requests. Collaborate with Budget Manager to manage event invoicing and assist with Operations and Administrative duties in support of the Dean and the staff.
