Develop and implement fundraising strategies and programs unique to the financial needs of IFA. Direct solicitation and cultivation efforts targeted to Annual Fund; develop and implement fundraising campaigns focused on alumni giving to increase financial donations to IFA's programs and initiatives. Research, develop and execute approaches to individual prospects that focus on interests and issues pertaining to assigned School.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required Experience: 5 years' related experience or equivalent combination. May include experience with development, fundraising, special event planning and staff supervision.
Preferred Experience: Experience in academic environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative, build a team atmosphere and interact with a diverse population. Ability to strategize and meet fundraising goals. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and desktop publishing software.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of MS Office.
