A full-time postdoctoral fellowship in a pediatric neuro-oncology laboratory is available at the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy. The Phoenix laboratory at the UC College of Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with interests in pediatric brain tumors. The successful candidate will persue research projects investigating brain tumor vasculature, biological differences, and new therapeutic targets. Recent Ph.D. graduates with a strong background in cell biology, neuroscience, or cancer biology are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in neural development and oncology. The position is available for an initial twelve (12) month appointment with the opportunity to extend. The successful candidate will enjoy a stimulating research environment at the UC Academic Health Center, active collaborations with neighboring Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, a competitive salary and benefits package, and an affordable cost of living in Cincinnati, OH.
