Transfer Credit Evaluator-Accelerated Nursing Program
Utica College, a small comprehensive college in Upstate New York, is seeking applications for a Transfer Credit Evaluator for the Accelerated Nursing Program on the Miramar Florida Campus. Reporting to the Director of Transfer Services, the Accelerated Nursing Transfer Coordinator will review and evaluate undergraduate coursework credit to ensure compliance with Utica College policies and procedures and AACRAO best practices. This position will be responsible for the evaluation of transfer credit and pre-transfer credit for undergraduate student populations newly admitted to Utica College.

Primary responsibilities include:
Maintain the TES database; Provide evaluations of transfer credit including CLEP, DSST, AP, IB, and military credit for ABSN population; Complete timely and accurate credit evaluations following institution requirements and quality standards; Work closely with department supervisor to develop and implement operational goals that support departmental success; Work with supervisor and other team members to achieve successful results on all established individual and departmental goals and key performance indicators; Be available to complete TCEs for the ABSN population during peak times; Other duties as assigned by the Director of Transfer Services;This position does require occasional travel to the main campus in Utica, NY (no more than three times annually).
Bachelor’s Degree desired; Minimum two years experience in a Registrar’s, Admissions or advising setting at the college level required; Experience with the evaluation of transfer credit, transfer admissions or academic advising and university policy required; Experience with the Banner SIS required.
