Provide support to the Registrar in managing activities related to Enrollment Services and the needs of the Student Success Center. Responsible for using technology and database expertise to promote and support enrollment, academic scheduling, and student records, and to continually improve its functionality. Hire, train and supervise Enrollment/Registrar staff in the Lynn Student Success Center. Collaborate with the professional enrollment team to meet institutional and enrollment goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Registrar with all aspects of the Registrar functions, responsibilities, policies and processes.
Hire, supervise, evaluate, train, and develop Enrollment Services clerical staff as assigned.
Develop written office procedures to ensure compliance with federal laws and correct management of student records.
Collaborate with Department Managers to develop procedures, policies, operations related to customer service in the Student Success Center.
Responsible for graduation audits and graduation processing including coordinating selection of diploma vendor, ordering diplomas and honor cords, and establishing lists for Commencement Program, Honors, and newspaper release. Ensure timely graduation processing and advising to promote completion. Identify and reach out to potential graduates. Respond to student inquiries regarding graduation eligibility and serve on Commencement Committee.
Oversee the transfer credit evaluation process and implement changes that will ensure the efficiency of transfer credit evaluation. For example, institute and maintain a way to track transfer credit equivalencies internally and externally.
Serve as the College's designee for MAST - Massachusetts Articulated System of Transfer and Reverse Transfer state projects.
Shares responsibility with Registrar for implementation of FERPA regulations and provision of information to students.
Work with the Marketing Department, Web Administrator, and Registrar to produce and distribute accurate and timely Enrollment Services content (including final exam schedule and key academic dates) in publications, social media, and on the web.
Work with IS and Registrar to create, review, and correct reports from the National Student Clearinghouse.
Provide leadership at Enrollment events including evening and weekends.
Research and resolve office and student issues.
Troubleshoot and analyze systems. Recommend procedures to streamline registration and graduation processing.
Create and run reports for Dean and Registrar.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience hiring, training, reviewing, supervising and motivating staff.
Knowledge of and experience with an integrated computerized student records system; experience with Ellucian/Banner strongly preferred.
Attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness and collaboration.
Demonstrate ability to effectively interact with faculty, staff, and students of varying racial, ethnic, religious, gender, cultural, disability and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Thorough and proven knowledge of technology and various database systems (Cognos knowledge preferred) and their application to higher education.
Must possess ability to analyze problems and to provide creative solutions and must possess excellent communication skills.

Prior customer service experience
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
