Processes applications for Fisher graduate programs; Liaison between the applicant pool, the Graduate Programs Office and the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions at Ohio State, working to ensure that all required application materials are received and processed for review; Supports the overall recruiting and admissions process by providing a high level of customer support to the applicants and offering them a smooth and streamlined experience; Generates a positive impression of Fisher for the applicants by offering assistance, working to minimize obstacles, and providing timely responses to questions or problems that arise; assists with auditing of application materials, data entry, communication tracking and posting admissions decisions; Monitors incomplete applications and communicates with students in each step of the application process; Assists with posting student’s financial aid awards, fellowship competitions, and placement/matching of graduate and teaching assistantships.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to work independently with strict attention to detail; ability to collaborate in a cross-functional office environment; experience in Microsoft products.
Experience with OSU admissions policies and procedures; experience with the University’s online application system.
Target Salary: $47,500.00 - $50,000.00 Annually
