Reporting to the Assistant Director of Advancement Events, the Advancement Events Coordinator is independently responsible for a portfolio of smaller-scale events. Develops plans, makes decisions and implements a portfolio of independently managed events, in partnership with engagement and fundraising experts. Provides on-site assistance for other departmental events as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or an equivalent combination of education and experience; one year of event planning experience; ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently; and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Strong customer service, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills; experience with Microsoft Office; experience planning events in a university setting.
Target Salary: $16.83 - $19.23 Hourly
