Assist the state level and statewide Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) teams in program administration. Duties include fiscal reconciliation, record keeping, and scheduling and coordinating meetings among state level and regional SNAP-Ed/ EFNEP staff both in person and online. Plan, enter, and reconcile out-of-state travel. Maintain electronic and manual records for the region regarding travel and purchasing. Orders supplies, makes copies, and update files.
Six months of experience (600 hours of training) using computers to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex; six months of experience (600 hours of course work) in office practices and procedures; six months of experience (600 hours of course work) in customer service.
Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures; ability to handle and follow verbal and written instructions and handle sensitive inquiries; proficient in using computers, entering data, and using Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.; good organizational, customer service, communication, budgeting, and bookkeeping skills.
Target Salary: $12.03 - $15.10 Hourly
