Provides support to OSU Airport accounts receivable functions related to an earnings operation; generates and prepares monthly statements; performs all end-of-month closing procedures; serves as point of contact for accounts receivable related matters for the airport’s internal and external customers; manages customer accounts; manages and reconciles Aircraft Maintenance and Parts Records invoices and work orders; initiates journal transfers; supports monthly General Ledger (GL) reconciliation; reconciles transactions between airport Point of Sale (POS) system and GL; reconciles credit card transactions; responsible for ensuring all required documentation is obtained and conforms to university guidelines prior to submitting for approval; as directed by the college Internal Control structure, ensures segregation of duties in the processing of every transaction, appropriate mandatory approvals, and reconciliation; works with the College Business Operations Center (BOC) to ensure efficient processing of transactions; maintains constant correspondence and serves as service liaison between airport areas for billing and receivables.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in the Accounting field; MS Office experience.
Experience with university financial and accounts receivable; knowledge of earnings operation procedures; knowledge of accounting principles and applications; knowledge of the University policies and procedures; knowledge/experience with POS system.
Target Salary: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annually
