Provide front-line customer service, clerical, and technical support for the Licking County OSU Extension Office. Serve as primary point of contact with customers both internal and external to the university by receiving and responding to inquiries. Maintain and coordinate appointments and program/staff calendars and meetings. Plan and work with staff to oversee arrangements for programs and special events. Provide program support by preparing electronic and hard copy mailings, program fliers/brochures, registration and evaluation materials, and providing general office support for Extension programs. Maintain electronic and manual record keeping and inventory systems. Provide clerical and technical support for organizational management of county membership/volunteer programs. Serve as the back-up person for OSU Extension social media including websites and financial support. Serve as secondary fiscal support and complete and process forms based on established parameters and processes (e.g., travel, purchasing, and other fiscal matters).

Six months of experience (600 hours of training) using computers to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex; six months of experience (600 hours of course work) in office practices and procedures; six months of experience (600 hours of course work) in customer service.
Knowledge of and experience with OSU Extension programs; experience working with volunteers and in community settings; exceptional word processing and data entry skills; strong understanding of fiscal management; web page management experience; ability to work with minimal supervision; flexible, detail-oriented, and a team player with the ability to work with diverse audiences; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with groups and individuals.
Target Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 Hourly
