The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Clinical Education Administrator (Part-time at 50% effort). The incumbent will provide administrative support within the Department of Occupational Therapy to support the clinical education program.
Communication and management of clinical education efforts
Email correspondence with clinical sites in the UPMC health system, academic institutions, and clinical education students
Managing clinical education schedules and calendars
Monitoring placement requests and student onboarding process
Maintaining documents and monitoring tasks
Responding to inquiries and assisting with organizing and planning continuing education opportunities
Incumbent must have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, excellent communication skills; ability to work with faculty and staff within the University and external individuals. Occupational Therapy is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual who is well organized.
NOTE: The hiring range is for full-time positions and will be prorated based on 50% effort.
