CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE , edX-B2B Team , to join the growing B2B team. This is a cross-functional role that partners closely with the edX Sales, Marketing, and Educational Services departments. The position offers an opportunity to build relationships with new customers, think creatively, and make an impact on a brand new team at edX. Responsibilities include supporting the onboarding of new customers to the edX platform, including supporting sales through the procurement process and catalog curation; understanding and anticipating customers' needs and strategically positioning products/solutions to generate demand; supporting account managers with marketing materials and course curation to help drive account adoption; identifying and synthesizing local market trends based on customer and stakeholder interactions; attending regular check-in calls with customers to determine methods to drive adoption; and thinking creatively and systematically to help improve operational processes.

REQUIRED : at least one year of experience in a professional services or customer support-based position; high-level organizational skills; thorough attention to detail; and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile work environment. Familiarity with or experience working in a Software as a Service (Saas) environment a plus, as is proficiency in a foreign language.
