This position incorporates oversight in the campus Fitness Center as well as provides instruction in basic fitness principles including equipment usage and proper form, the benefits of regular participation in fitness activities, the components of fitness, and appropriate methods for personal progression (e.g., FITT principle).
Bachelor's degree or demonstrated tested experience relevant to the activity.
Master's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or related fields. Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning, and CPR/AED certifications.
