Michigan Medicine known for its commitment to providing high quality, family-centered patient care, seeks an experienced certified ultrasound sonographer for our Fetal Diagnostic Center to perform obstetric ultrasound examinations with supervision of Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians in a high risk obstetric ultrasound unit. We provide a full range of consultative and diagnostic services, including ultrasounds, antenatal testing, genetic counseling, MFM consults, prenatal diagnosis, genetic amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and complex procedures.
Graduation from ultrasonographic training program
Registration with ARRT
Must be accredited or eligible by A.R.D.M.S in obstetrics.
Must be comfortable working closely with the Fetal Diagnostic Center Team, physicians, nurses, genetic counselors, clerical staff and other team members.
Providing outstanding patient care is essential.
Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must.
Experience in obstetrics, fetal anomalies, 3D and 4D sonography highly desired.
Certification in First Trimester screening is a plus.
Full-time- 40 hours a week
