Under the supervision of the Hospitalist Program Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the incumbent is responsible for providing on-going high-level analysis on academic and staff personnel, including recruitments, appointments and annual reviews. The incumbent will also provide financial and programmatic support to the 20+ faculty, staff physicians, staff and volunteers that serve within the Hospitalist Program. In addition, under the direction of the Program Director (PD) and CAO, the Housestaff Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Hospitalist Program Fellowship.
