Under the general direction of the Director, the incumbent performs a wide range of analytical duties which support the management and overall operations of the unit. This position includes heavy client relations with a diverse group of students, campus partners, and external constituents and will analyze service trends and requests, making recommendations for process improvements and policy/procedure revisions as needed. The incumbent also has a large role coordinating contracts and managing projects, and completing special projects/assignments as needed.
