The Athletic Department at Dean College is currently searching for candidates to fill the coaching position of Assistant Men's Soccer Coach.
This part-time position will report to the Head Men's Soccer Coach and the Director of Athletics. This position is involved in all aspects of running a competitive men's soccer program, including but not limited to: identifying and recruiting successful student-athletes, skill development during practices and games, scouting and game film, and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required, a Master's degree preferred;
The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate, possess good communication skills and have the ability to counsel student-athletes effectively as well as being self-motivated, positive, energetic, and a have willingness to travel;
College playing and coaching experience is preferred;
A commitment to the Division III philosophy is required;
Compliance with all NCAA, NECC, and Dean College rules and regulations is required.
