The Enterprise Reporting and Analytics (ERA) team within UW-IT enables the University of Washington data user community to access and use institutional information in support of data-driven decision-making. The metadata program within ERA is tasked with defining practices and processes, as well as developing tools that enable the capture and use of business, technical and security metadata.ERA is currently seeking a Business Applications Analyst in support of the implementation of information applications.The focus of the position is to design technical solutions to support the growing need to deliver metadata to our customers. The incumbent will act as primary to elicit and gather technical requirements, build development timelines and troubleshoot technical issues. They will also serve as a liaison to business stakeholders and product development teams establishing clear acceptance criteria for features, producing specifications, and performing data and metadata analysis in support of institutional priorities.
