DUTIES: The Department of Human Resources, Talent Acquistion team is seeking a full-time TA Administrator. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: - Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) including researching and working with the vendor to resolve ATS issues. - Create, run and maintain reports. - Manage part of the civil service process. - Provide support to the TA team by creating job postings, offer letters and assisting with the overall onboarding process. - Perform accurate and timely completion, delivery and communication of assignments. - Ensure application of screening requirements in accordance with policy. - Resolve employee and business queries. - Establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders and external vendors. - Escalate issues appropriately when required. - Talent Acquisition projects, initiatives and other administrative duties as required. (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION) QUALIFICATIONS: - A Bachelor's Degree is required. - Two (2) or more years of HR, recruitment, employee on-boarding or applicant tracking (ATS) experience. - Ability to manage multiple tasks/high volume/short turnaround; strong organizational skill set. - Tech savvy and very strong computer skills, including outstanding Excel skill set. - Outstanding communication and customer service skills, including professional and engaging phone etiquette. - A strong sense of urgency and ability follow up.
