Vanderbilt University's Athletics Department prepares student-athletes to become leaders and champions in life by placing the highest values on integrity, character, sportsmanship and victory. Vanderbilt is a charter member of the Southeastern Conference and is the conference's only private school. The university fields 16 varsity teams (6 men's teams and 10 women's teams, a total of 351 student athletes), 14 of which compete in the Southeastern Conference.
Our Guest Services team provides various guest services during sporting events while promoting safety and enjoyment of spectators. We are hiring Guest Services team members for the upcoming football and event season! This is a part-time position that pays $10.00/hour. Great opportunity to pick up extra hours and work in a fun environment!

In addition to football, there are opportunities to work other sporting events.
Key Functions and Expected Performance
Collect tickets and ensure they are valid
Provide guests with directions or other venue information
Respond to all complaints in a prompt and friendly manner
At least 18 years of age
Ability to work 4 to 6 hours per week
