Job Description Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to support the sponsored research activities of a specific School/Center. Under limited supervision of the Research Services Business Manager and the Director, this position will manage the budgeting of post-award sponsored program funds .
The individual will manage post-award processes including auditing of Account Information Sheets, preparation and installation into BEN of corresponding budgets, updating budget and expenses of financial projection worksheets for PIs; budgeting and preparation of new subcontracts and incremental modifications through RIS and via Purchasing; oversight of PI approval of subcontract invoices; establishment of advance accounts and account continuations. In addition this position will communicate to faculty the changes that have been made to their funds.
