The priority purpose of this position is to understand, explain, gather, and submit student and faculty clinical paperwork needed for all clinical sites and rotations primarily in the TBSN program, and to provide effective assistance in administrative support to the Program Director and program faculty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand, explain, gather, submit, and monitor student and faculty clinical paperwork/trainings needed for all clinical sites and groups in the TBSN program and support the ABSN program as needed.
Communicate with assigned clinical agencies with regards to student and faculty paperwork, training, and expectations prior, during, and after the clinical assignments in the TBSN program and support the ABSN as needed.
Develop the Course and Section Rosters for the TBSN program in consultation with the Director and Assistant Director.
Provide robust service to our clinical site partners including, but not limited to issues arising with faculty or students.
Assist in the daily operations of the Traditional BSN office
Assist with the establishment of systems to streamline office flow via use of the computer, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets
Assist in the support of program faculty and staff.
Assist the dean and directors, in the preparation of accreditation and regulatory materials, and in the accreditation and approval processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong working knowledge of an office environment including, but not limited to, typing, operation of various office machines (e.g. desktop and laptop computer, 10-key calculator, copier, FAX).
Excellent working knowledge of software applications (i.e. MS Office, Excel, Publisher)
