Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer sciences, information technologies or related field, or equivalent knowledge required. Master's degree in related degree preferred.

Â A minimum of 10+ of proven experience in creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns/programs is required.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with developing, planning and executing paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including SEM, paid social media, search and display advertising campaigns. Possesses ability to analyze and develop complex business/marketing models for sophisticated acquisition programs.Â Requires technical understand and expertise in front-end development, UX/UI, and analytics and reporting best practices. Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks as well as the ability to distinguish their benefits as it relates to marketing is preferred. In addition, road mapping skills, product visioning, project management, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills are imperitive.
Experience with marketing automation and Salesforce products is required.
Experience in working with an Agile team using the Scrum framework is preferred.

The Director, Digital Marketing functions within Keck Medicine of USCâs Health System Marketing and Communications office to create an overall digital strategy that plans, roadmaps, implements and evaluates the full continuum of Web-based marketing strategies to advance Keck Medicine of USC. This includes other health science clinical programs and owned entities. The position also has oversight for the interactive strategies, including websites and social media strategy for all Keck Medicine of USC affiliated entities. The position focuses on interactive online methods to increase patient volume, engage and attract patients, referring physicians in support of the strategic goals of the medical enterprise. The candidate is the marketing technology expert in the room that can speak to marketing automation, CRM operation and use of data for marketing purposes.
