USC Norris Cancer Center is seeking a program administrator who will administers the ORIEN TOTAL CANCER PROJECT,Â an academic research program,Â at the university. Plans and schedules program services. Administers program operations and administrative functions such as project management, IRB interface, budget, policies, etc. Contributes to the design of program content, policies, and strategic planning efforts. May oversee staff, students, volunteers , agency workers and/or resource employees.
Coordinate inter-department communication related to the study
Coordinate communication with outside collaborators
Organize the collection and shipment of samples
Direct students and staff contributing the project
Maintain updated records of project progress and study subject status
Evaluate and make necessary improvements to study processes
Training of personnel
Oversee data quality and control
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum educationMinimum Experience: 3 yearsMinimum Field of Expertise: Directly related professional experience in area of program specialization.
