The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the university\u2019s missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service.

This position is under the supervision of the Chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. The duties of this position are in support of the missions, goals and objects of OHSU and the School of Dentistry and include: Serving as an instructor in the preclinical laboratory, reviewing student work and providing critical feedback and aid in performing normal dental procedures, attending lectures of fellow faculty members for courses in which the person is assigned, and teaching in the predoctoral dental clinic and supervising residents in the Doernbecher Children\u2019s Hospital operating room.
The general pattern of working hours corresponds with scheduled clinic hours, Monday \u2013 Friday, 8am \u2013 5pm. Deviations from this pattern may be necessary at times.
