Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Program Assistant for the Chicago campus.
Temporary Job Description:
The temporary Program Assistant position provides standard and routine clerical and administrative support, which may include:
Prepare documents; proofread for spelling and grammar; enter tracking information into spreadsheets and/or databases.
Open and sort mail; make copies, scan and fax documents; order office supplies and maintain office supply inventory as requested by department.
Assist the department with coordination of registration and travel for MSL team.
Assist department with coordination of necessary logistics for MSL courses and program events.
2 years of administrative support or other relevant experience required
Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously
Ability to project a professional demeanor at all times.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
