Growth Hacker/Marketer, Center for Knowledge Acceleration-2013343
At Carnegie Mellon University's Center for Knowledge Acceleration, we are solving one of the most critical problems facing society today: helping people make sense of the overwhelming amount of information online to make better decisions and learn faster. Whether it is a patient deciding what to do about a cancer diagnosis or a voter deciding which policies to support, we collectively spend one trillion hours worldwide -- more than 1/10th of all labor hours -- on complex online search tasks, with nearly all of that effort lost as no one else benefits. Help us build a new internet platform where people can build on each other's work instead of starting from scratch every time, crafting a virtuous cycle of increasingly knowledgeable scientists, skilled workers, and literate citizens.
Who You Are
You are a Growth Hacker / Marketer with a passion for research, technology, and productivity. You have experience with and knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, email marketing, social trends, SEO and other creative channels. You will hack your way into new avenues for our team, utilize your network to build strategic partnerships and referral platforms, and will align the product onto a path of extreme early traction and success.

You aren't intimidated by networking, friendly outreach emails, and working with others to promote your ideas.

Thus you're adept at exploring the technical aspects of building an outstanding user experience--topics like onboarding, customer success/development, and user retention get you fired up.
