The primary purpose of this position is provide leadership and direction for the development and support of the Degree Works module, as used in Banner. This position coordinate and manage curricula and course changes, transfer credits for degree-seeking students in the Degree Works module in Banner. Coordinates, and monitors the Degree Works module in the Banner Student System to include scribing of programs. This position will develop documentation of policy and procedures, conduct research, and make appropriate disposition of inquirer involving the interpretation of policies for expeditious response, make decisions on specific operating problems in accordance with institutional policies and procedures, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit:
The primary function of the Office of the Registrar is to provide support services to students, faculty, and staff in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities and activities in these support services include, but are not limited to, registration of students, certification of enrollment status, withdrawal of students from classes, processing official transcript requests, maintaining academic records, repeated courses, processing applications for graduation, maintenance of demographic data and scheduling of courses.

Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Previous programming experience with Degree Works (or another degree audit software).
At least three years of experience in Registrar work environment; OR the equivalent combination of training and experience in related area of work (Student Services, and etc.).
