GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, the Health Care Pathway Navigator will work with existing efforts to build capacity and help students succeed in health care programs of study. The pathway navigator will work collaboratively with pathway navigators, program coordinators, and student support services on campus and in the community to help students persist through the completion of an academic program. The pathway navigator will work proactively with students to promote academic planning connected to long-term career goals; monitor academic progress and success; advise students on college policies, procedures, and program requirements; and provide highly responsive, holistic advisement on individual student needs and barriers to success inside and outside the classroom.

Bachelor's degree with prior experience in education, counseling, social work, or related field.
Two years of experience working as an advisor, counselor, or instructor.
