General Description: Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, the Assistant Dean for User Services and Outreach will provide leadership and vision for Illinois Institute of Technology Libraries' public services and outreach initiatives. As a member of the management team, this position will help define library strategic directions and contribute to organizational effectiveness, as well as initiate and lead specific partnerships with other IIT campus units. The position will be expected to actively collaborate with administrators and staff in the continued development of an innovative and user engagement-focused culture.
