Advertised Job Summary:
Will serve as the Program Coordinator for faculty, course, and clerkship evaluations plus other programs/projects in Curricular Affairs and Media Resources at the School of Medicine-Columbia. Will design, develop, implement, and maintain an efficient evaluation database to house all evaluation results. Will operate the OASIS database with the expectation of producing reports for the purpose of school accreditation. Will implement policy changes in regard to curriculum objectives. Will provide direction and guidance to faculty and staff concerning OASIS program issues. Will present information for decision making purposes. Will respond to requests for information as the curriculum inventory liaison.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 1 year related program experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, and data mining techniques. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. Knowledge of survey program software (e.g., Survey Monkey, etc.) and OASIS Data Base a plus.
