Under general supervision from Chief Marketing Officer at Hoxworth Blood Center, the Business Analyst will collaborate with internal teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make strategic decisions.
Develop data analysis reports to provide useful insights
Help define new data collection and analysis processes
Collect and interpret data through various channels
Cost analysis. Example: Breakeven point for promotion/marketing spending, cost per donor, cost per mobile blood drive and cost per donation
Key Performance Indicator analysis
Facilitate on survey development and perform survey result analysis
Data visualization and insights (using Tableau or other system)
Supply-demand analysis for recruitment and marketing goals
Work with different department to assist their data related needs
Other reports for leadership and/or other departments
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of experience; -OR-Associate’s degree with (7) years of experience ;)-Or- nine (9) years of experience. Degree must be in business administration or related field.
Degree in Data Analytics or Statistics with at least two (2) years data analytics experience.
