The Khoury College of Computer Sciences Graduate School seeks a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to work with the CS Program Director for California to build a dynamic graduate programs aimed at serving students with diverse backgrounds. Key responsibilities will include providing professional support to the Program Director of the MS in Computer Science program of the Graduate School of the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at our San Francisco and Silicon Valley Campuses. The individual will manage all graduate program administrative activities including advising students on academic and curriculum/registration matters; manage Career Services professional and the development of career development programming, provide program development and delivery support for SF/SV-based MS and ALIGN students; attend all relevant committee meetings. Prepare reports and analyses for the Dean, Associate Dean, and Seattle Program Director. This position will be based out of either our San Francisco or San Jose campus (candidate dependent) but will be expected to travel to the between the campuses location frequently.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Minimum of three to five years experience in higher education. Individual must have strong communication skills (verbal and written.), proven experience with spreadsheets and databases, experience working with a diverse student population a must. (Note: 60% of the Graduate program are foreign nationals.) He/she must have experience working independently and as a member of a team.
