Reporting to the Associate Dean of the School of Online Learning, the Associate Director assists with the long-term and day-to-day management of online courses and programs offered by Kean University. The Associate Director (Associate Director III) is the principal managerial assistant to the Director; manages online learning programs; participates in the development and effectuation of office goals, policies and procedures; and does related work as required. This position requires travel as needed and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college and two years of professional experience as an online learning administrator in higher education is required. Experience in the development of online and/or hybrid courses utilizing Blackboard is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
