The Ohio State University is seeking a candidate for a paid full-time internship position in the Athletics Facilities Office. Interns will need to be able to communicate effectively with Managers, Students, Coaches, Athletes, and Support Staff. Interns will need to manage small Varsity sporting events and outside rentals, while working with the student staff to maintain daily and event operations. Interns will learn to navigate the business side of the operation from start to finish. Responsibilities will vary based on facilities. Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed may be required.
This is an entry level, career-based internship and is intended for professional development of an applicant with only 6 to 24 months practical experience. This position is focused on furthering knowledge and skills in professional development and post collegiate life. Internship positions are appointed on an annual basis.

2-Year College degree; Knowledge of a collegiate athletics department and the NCAA structure; Strong communications skills; A genuine commitment to The Ohio State University Department of Athletics.
