The Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the University of California, Irvine is looking to immediately fill two openings in the Specialist Series.
Applications are sought from candidates with a B.S. or higher with a strong laboratory research background in biology with immunology and mouse experience desired. Our laboratory efforts are focused on investigating immune responses to viral infections and cancer. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. This is an ongoing recruitment until positions are filled. Rank and salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are for a full-time 12-month period with annual renewal dependent on performance and funding availability.
