The Yates Memorial Field House was built to meet the recreational, instructional, and intramural sport needs of the entire University Community. As the primary recreation facility for Georgetown University, Yates offers comprehensive recreational programming to serve the needs of university students, faculty and staff.
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary customer service staff of Yates Field House. S/he provides service to a variety of students, members, and customer needs, serving in the Main Office, Front Desk, and the Pro Shop. Reporting to the Director of Membership and under the supervision of the Recreation Center Supervisors during the hours that the Director of Membership is not in the facility, the Customer Service Representative has additional duties that include but are not limited to:
Manages membership and class registrations.
Responds to in-person and phone inquiries.
Processes sales in the Pro Shop.
Handles member check-in and equipment check out in the Pro Shop.
A pleasant personality
Great interpersonal skills towards customer service
Attention to detail over a variety of tasks
Ability to work some weekends
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desired
