The Senior Assistant Director for Multicultural Recruitment's primary responsibility is to work with the Associate Director for Multicultural Recruitment to manage, direct, and coordinate the strategic planning and implementation of on and off-campus multicultural student recruitment. The Senior Assistant Director will provide guidance to the professional staff in the University's efforts to increase the number of under-represented and first-generation-to-college students. The Senior Assistant Director will develop a multicultural student recruitment plan in collaboration with the Senior Associate Director for Recruitment and the Associate Director for Multicultural Recruitment. The Senior Assistant Director will also supervise the Admissions Student Diversity Board (ASDB).
B.A./B.S. with a minimum of three to five years of experience working with students from students who have historically been underrepresented in higher education. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
