The Development Program is seeking an innovative SeniorDevelopment Officer . In collaboration with Senior Director, develop and implement a plan to secure gifts to MSK toward the goal of meeting fundraiser targets and to foster the long and short term growth of the Development program.

Initiate and conduct personal meetings with prospects with the intention to establish a relationship that will result in a gift of at least $1M to $5M. Work in close collaboration with all teams to maximize gift potential.
Work closely with key faculty, clinicians, scientists and volunteers to identify gift opportunities, establish relationships with grateful patients and friends, and execute cultivation/solicitation strategies.
Coordinate activities when appropriate with donor stewardship, events, donor research, acknowledgment, and donor communications.
Other duties as assigned by Director or Senior Director.
Bachelors Degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a bachelors degree, four years of job-related work experience can be accepted. #LI-POST
