1. Independently evaluates and executes intellectual property strategies for Yale disclosures. 2. Develops product scenarios for Yale invention. 3. Develops market projections. 4. Assists with the development for commercialization strategies for Yale inventions. 5. Manages and negotiates multiple types of agreements with industry regarding Yale technologies. 6. Ensures that information is input into OCR disclosure, invention, and license databases. 7. May perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education: Advanced degree in biology or chemistry. Three to five years experience in licensing, corporate business development, or venture capital investments. Industry experience; Ph.D, JD, or MBA.
