Johns Hopkins Carey Business School invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level in management and organization. The appointment will begin Fall 2020. The Management and Organization group at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School consists of a collegial group of faculty members who are actively publishing in top management and disciplinary journals and have varied interests including management and organizational behavior, organization theory, psychology, and healthcare management.
Qualified candidates for a tenure-track faculty position must have the following:
A PhD degree in management, organizational behavior, organization theory, or a related field conferred by employment start date.
Demonstrated commitment to academic research and excellence in teaching.
The ideal candidate will have an academic record suitable for a tenure-track appointment, with interests in organizational behavior, organization theory, psychology, and/or healthcare management.
Teaching responsibilities will include MBA/MS-level courses. Evidence of successful teaching in a graduate business school environment is desirable but not required
