The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to advance the College’s relationship with major donors and prospects. The Administrative Assistant supports all activities involved with the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of this constituency. Provides high quality work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.
PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates travel and event planning, drafts briefings, enters debriefing reports.
Assists with electronic and printed correspondence; answers phone and assists other team members collegially.
Manages data and reports to track, produce, and distribute, in a timely way, accurate prospect and visit lists.
Completes prospect coding, tracking all donor activity including individual visits, phone conversations, correspondence, and more.
Coordinates all necessary material for complex high-level briefing books including detailed itineraries, research, briefings, and relevant attachments.
Completes expense reports and ensures that appropriate reimbursements are made; reconciles expense statements.
Drafts briefings and composes and edits correspondence as needed.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
Prior administrative experience in a busy office environment required.
