1. Responsible for managing, designing, developing, and conducting training programs. 2. Responsible for curricula development including interactive curriculum design 3. Conducts needs assessment to identify gaps in clinic staff knowledge and training needs; coordinates development and delivery of trainings. 4. Coordinates prescriber-based trainings and organize training logistics. 5. Designs, prepares, and orders educational aids and materials. 6. Ensures availability of training materials; confirms CME's get issued to participants. 7. Monitors and evaluates training program effectiveness. Develops reporting to demonstrate success and opportunities. 8. Remains up to date with new training methods and techniques; select appropriate training methods or activities for sites/audience. 9. Assists with designing educational component of project website. 10. Leads creation of HIV/HCV training videos. Assist with writing scripts for training videos. 11. Performs other duties as assigned.
