Job Summary: Under the general direction of the UCPath HR Team Lead and in close coordination with the UC Davis UCPath Project Management Office (PMO) and the Operating Model (OM) PMO, the Integration Lead is assigned to the UCPath Project and OM Initiative with a focus on the integration of Operating Model with all UCPath HR Modules.
The position operates as an organization-wide expert and recognized technical HR leader with significant impact and influence on campus and Health responsibilities related to the successful implementation of UCPath Project and related elements of the OM. The incumbent will possess the skills needed to lead, perform complex analyses, and function with a high degree of autonomy, with little or no organizational precedent, where decisions have a high consequence for error and require in-depth evaluation of a broad scope of variable factors.
The incumbent will focus on leading efforts related to the integration of future state processes and operational model with the UCPath transition including but not limited to: the Operating Model, local business process design integration, planning, risk management, configuration, testing, data conversion, reporting, change management, security, gap analyses, knowledge transfer, training, customer support, and hyper-care.
Physical Demands: Work on a personal computer for extended periods of time. Travel to meetings on an as-needed basis.
Work Environment: Limited vacation usage during peak workload periods.
Work in a dynamic, distracting, knowledge sharing environment.
Maintain confidentiality of information.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related Human Resources or Organization Development field and/or equivalent experience/training.
Advance knowledge of human resource functions, policy and practices.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and process improvements that maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated decision-making, problem solving, critical thinking, project and initiative management skills to plan/implement agreed upon objectives.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with and influence all levels of a diverse constituency, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated experience working in collaboration with others in a cooperative and professional manner.
Demonstrated skills to manage and delegate multiple project related tasks.
Demonstrated superior organizational skills to organize work, plan, coordinate and set priorities effectively; multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to progress timely and simultaneously on multiple work streams.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a change management strategy that effectively prepares the campus for the transition of a system or process, and provides an effective post-implementation support structure.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the organization development and effectiveness field and the business analysis field.
Experience working in an academic institution of significant complexity and breadth.
Experience working with software applications including Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Experience working with academic personnel.
Experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules.
Experience in development of resource, test, implementation, quality assurance, contingency, change, and risk management plans.
