Position Summary: Incumbent is responsible for patient accounting functions which include researching, posting and reconciliation of monies received from a variety of payers, as related to hospital charges. Reviews all accounts within assigned inventory and ensures the timely disposition of those accounts. Uses computerized systems to maintain inventory.
