Research Support - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative

The Department of Psychiatry is looking to hire a Laboratory Technician Senior position to be a part of an expanding research program. This individual will report directly to the Vice Chair for Research and work collaboratively with several PIs in the Department of Psychiatry along with faculty and staff clinicians to execute and manage research projects within the Department. This individual will work directly with patients and research subjects to complete screenings, gather demographic information and provide research education to patients and families within the Department of Psychiatry. The Laboratory Technician Senior will also provide basic research and administrative support to the research functions of the department and serve as a key member of our research team. Experience in a laboratory setting or with research programs in a medical setting is preferred.
General computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
BS in Psychology, Social Sciences, Biology or any related field plus more than one year related experience preferred. Experience with human research subjects desired.
