The EII Platform Developer/UKHC will be a technical leader for the UK Healthcare integration platform. This position is responsible for the design, build, and testing of complex interoperability solutions; is responsible for support and problem resolution in the UK Healthcare operational environment; provides expert advice and state of the art technical leadership to ensure successful deployment of best-in-class interoperability solutions; works closely with vendors to provide the most cost effective and beneficial solutions to business problems; collaborates and shares knowledge with others in a team environment. The position will also be directly involved in the creation of organizational standards for both internal and external integrations and best practices regarding the integration platform.
Qualified candidates must have Java and object-oriented development experience. XSLT, eSQL, ODBC, IIB, DataPower, IBM MQ highly preferred.
