The College of Agriculture, Food and Environment department of Agriculture Economics seeks an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant creates and maintains the departmental Extension website and related communications. Including, but not be limited to coordinating Extension faculty contributions to College Success Stories, providing leadership on social media, and marketing Extension programs. Expertise in various communications and marketing platforms, data management (Excel, Access, and other data tools) and web design/support/analytics will be highly valued.
The position provides faculty support, partners with departmental and College-level marketing and communications staff, but will also work independently. Additional duties include providing administrative support for travel, AEC Extension field programs, and departmental Extension impact measures.
