This position is responsible for leading the team that coordinates campus-wide leadership and service-based programs, including, but not limited to, the Center for Community Outreach, university-wide programs focused on service immersion programs (local, regional, national, international), and major student-led, faculty, staff and community-based partnership programs. This will involve collaboration with campus stakeholders to lead in the development of initiatives (curricular and co-curricular) related to service and outreach including, but not limited to, living learning programs, service leadership courses, and referrals related to student leadership competency development and training. This position will also lead and support the professional staff who coordinate major leadership initiatives on campus, specifically related to strategic development and expansion of student leadership standards and competencies that compliment the active student leadership experience and contribute to a sense of belonging.
