The Director of Graduate Career Education will both supervise and develop/deliver innovative graduate level career education becoming a collaborative partner in career management for the current seven (PMBA, MHR, MAEC, IMBA, MBA, MACC, MIB, DIMBA) individual graduate business programs. The Director will develop market driven programming based on both research and daily interaction with corporate partners thus matching new program development to employer needs. The Director will drive and track the level of success of the graduate students with their respective internships and full-time job search processes and full-time job placements. Additionally, the Director will both deliver and supervise others (Director of Career Training and hired contractors) in the delivery of the career education programming.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 8 years experience in student services program area.
